:Policy Creation Flow

We redesigned the Data Detect policy creation flow from the ground up to accommodate growing product capabilities. The new structured, step-by-step experience guides users through setup, effectively managing complexity at every stage.

:Policy Page

We redesigned the Policy Page to reflect the structure of the creation flow - surfacing users' selections at a glance and allowing them to view and edit without re-entering the full flow.

:Scan Status & Controls

With the new capabilities of recurring schedules, longer timeouts, and scans running across more data - users needed visibility and control over what's happening. We introduced scan status transparency and controls that let users stop, resume, and track scans in real time.

:Sensitive data detection in files

Detection was limited to structured data objects. We extended the experience to allow users to select files within the policy creation flow and run scans that find sensitive data inside them - bringing a new data surface into the same workflow.
