Why this work is important
Agents need business context in order to provide accurate, relevant responses. The correct answers can be buried in tables, infographics, and other complex documents. Intelligent Context (IC) transforms that data into a format that agents can actually consume.
The problem this work will solve
IC released at Dreamforce 2025 and had poor task success and ease of use scores. This new version reimagines the E2E, delivering a greatly improved experience grounded in D360 experience principles.

Current status
