Tableau Classic Accessibility Uplift

The project goal is threefold, to ensure compliance with the European Accessibility Act, to fulfill a longstanding customer request for dark mode, and to make Tableau more accessible for all users. Dark mode allows users to choose their preferred viewing environment while providing essential support for those with light sensitivity.
