Informatica World is the user conference for Informatica users. The UX team had a great presence — 13 designers & researchers collaborating with customers on user research and Agentic AI innovation gallery expo., UX Lab — three key spaces:

Informatica World

Usability Labs — Structured research sessions with customers in various formats.

Agentic AI UX Innovation Gallery — Showcase of Agentic AI UX work, drew strong engagement

UX Booths — Recruiting customers, building co-design partnerships & customer feedback.

Also engaged customers at CABs, roundtables, and group discussions, funneling them into the UX Lab.
