UX Harness
What
No designer can be everywhere MuleSoft Enhanced Experience is being built — the UX harness scales UX judgment to every contributor, at the moment they need it.
Problem
Recurring UX issues (poor usability, dead-end empty states, accessibility gaps, off-brand copy) get caught late and expensively — the harness catches them before the code ships.
Steps Taken
Built a library of 102 UX guidance entries, a tool that surfaces the right guidance while you're editing, and two Claude Code chat commands — one for quick questions, one for full design reviews.
Status
Currently being used by all teams (UX, PM, Eng) building in MuleSoft Enhanced Experience.
