Why this work is important

Customers arrive with a business goal, but Data 360 is organized around how the technology works, so bridging the two is left to them.

The problem this work will solve

One goal, like winning back lapsed customers, means work across the entire D360 journey – Connect and Ingest, Harmonize, Unify, Analyze, and Activate. Each has its own vocabulary and no obvious order, and the experience changes depending on where you start.

Steps taken to get there

- One shared framework all teams design into- One pattern: the system proposes, you approve- One experience, three ways in: a ready-made plan, an agent, or the page you are on

Current status

Shipping in 264 (October 2026). Engineering is building production from the design prototype. We are working alongside feature teams as they build their own experiences inside the shared framework — consistent by default, distinct where it counts.
