Reshaped how we engage and add value to cross functional collaboration.
Problem
With increasing number of people building experiences we needed an efficient and scalable way to engage and influence outcomes.
Steps taken
Separated platform and feature roles to tackle cross cutting platform capabilities and specific product ones. Set up a sign-off process which ensured UX quality. Established 3 engagement models based on UX capacity and the potential value added by engaging. Models: Embedded when potential of adding value is high, Consultancy when partners just need some directional alignment, Sign-off when capacity doesn’t allow us to influence directly.
