This design study evaluates integrating Salesforce with external conversational agents, establishing best practices for interactive responses—such as dynamic components, confirmation, and error recovery—while identifying gaps in transparency, control, and transitions to structured Salesforce workflows.

: Framework

The framework/app shell is the primary 3 column authoring workspace that hosts the collapsible navigation drawers, editor and a contextual bottom prompting dock (expandable).

: Data Binding

The Schema Reviewer is a high-density, nested side panel and overlay system designed to let creators map Salesforce back-end fields to front-end mobile elements without code.

: Project Settings & Theming

The Asset Library and Theme Import Wizard is an asset management dashboard used to upload, organize, and track resources while pulling design tokens directly from Salesforce Experience sites and external resources.

: Analytics

The Analytics feature is a internal metric dashboards that provide key insights regarding the app’s health. This includes data points like MAU, DAU, and page load times. Admins can further break down this data by OS types, versions, etc.

: Componentry & Rendition Fidelity

AMA enables app creation via AI prompting or drag-and-drop. Both methods require components that render faithfully across native devices and the App Designer web interface. Additionally, the AI route requires guidelines to ensure "consumer-grade" output, with development spanning WS1, WS3, WS6, and WS8.
