Enabled a federated "build-anywhere" model with a streamlined, service-centric UX and flexible access across UIs, embedded agents, and headless workflows.
Steps taken
UX drove a rapid, AI-first workflow under tight deadlines, aligning product vision with engineering execution. R&I worked with Usability Sciences to benchmark usability, satisfaction, and task completion rates.
Current status
Live and stable; currently scaling operations to manage increased workstreams.
Next up
Scaling information architecture and navigation, fortifying the design system, and expanding into domains like infrastructure management, data lineage, enhanced alerting, and credential management.
