Why this work is important
There's a real gap between a customer's business goal and the technical path to get there, and the existing Quick Start Library (a library of prebuilt plans addressing common use-cases) only offers templated guidance, not open-ended help when a customer knows their outcome but not the steps.
The problem this work will solve
This workstream will allow for customers to configure and activate through business intent and will perform technical implementation behind the scenes while still preserving transparency and control. The system will suggest and recommend the steps taken for users to achieve their goals.
Current status
Eng is validating agent capabilities and UX is aligning on agent canvas and UI. We hope to get this scoped and prioritized during upcoming tech summit.
