Problem
With the influx of rapid prototyping skill sets and tools that enable our teams to move faster, two researchers supporting UX and Product teams 10-25+ times larger isn’t scalable.
Steps taken
Launched the AI-enabled RUT (Rapid User Testing) program for UX Designers, designed a PM enablement workshop, and kicked off recruitment for user testing panels.
Status
Completed RUT enablement with UX. Leading PM workshop post-Laulima.
